section 68 and to repeal and re-enact sections 44, 48,
49, 51, 52, 53, 55, 57, 58, 60, 62 and 69, and to amend
by adding an additional sub-section to each sections
59, 71 and 75, all of the aforesaid sections being sec-
tions of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Dorchester County,' sub-title 'Cambridge,' as
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, at its
January session, 1900."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 59. (29). To regulate the use of the streets,
lanes and alleys of Cambridge by telephone, telegraph,
electric light and other wires and poles, in oyer and
upon the same, providing that nothing in this section
shall be construed as to give the Commissioners of
Cambridge the power and authority to impose any
license fees upon such wires and poles or the use of
said streets and alleys."

Strike out section 50 and insert the above.

Section 69, line 3, strike out "fifty" and insert
"forty-five."

ably,

Senate bill, File No. 367, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 100 to 103, in-
clusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'St. Mary's County,' sub-title 'Roads, etc."

Senate bill, File No. 342, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Harford county to
grant a pension to Charles L. Pyle, of said county."

ably,

Senate bill, File No. 362, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer within one mile of Northeast corner of the
District of Columbia, in Prince George's county, Mary-
land."
