Judicial Circuit be extended in pursuance of the 3d Section

On motion by Mr. Joyce,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed--
ings to introduce a bill to repeal,, amend and re-enact Sec-
tions 459, 464, 467, 469, 470 and 475, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore, "
sub-title "Live Stock. "

On motion by Mr. Ford,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 39,
