177. To the gifts contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Ann Elizabeth Haller, deceased, late of Frederick
County of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said County in "Wills" Liber R. L. L. No. 2, folio 157, to
The Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Frederick, Maryland.

178. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Charles M. Cohen, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. 221, folio 489, viz:

(a) The Associated Professors of Loyola College
in the City of Baltimore, Inc.

> (b) St. Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore.

(e) The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of
Baltimore, Inc.

(d) The Associated Jewish Charities of Balti-
more, a body corporate.
