2. To the deed from William M. Bichell and Elgin E.
Bichell, his wife, to Bethel Reformed Church of Baltimore City
dated May llth, 1920 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3582, folio 248 etc., con-
veying leasehold property No. 2 South Ellwood Avenue, Balti-
more, subject to an annual ground rent of $50.00.

3. To the deed from Bernard Rethman and Elizabeth
Rethman, his wife, to the Bethel Reformed Church of Balti-
more City, a body corporate, dated February 27th, 1925, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4346, folio 95 etc., conveying ground rent of f 150.00
and reversion in fee simple issuing out of No. 3035 East Balti-
more Street.

4. To the deed from the Vestry of Emanuel Church Balti-
more, a religious corporation, to The Bethel Reformed Church
of Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated March 13th, 1925,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber 8. C. L. No. 4360, folio 382, etc., conveying ground rent
of $50.00, and reversion in fee simple issuing out of No. 2
South Ellwood Avenue.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

Approved February 19, 1937.

CHAPTER 3.

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 12 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett
County", sub-title "Sunday Observance", said new sections
to be known as Sections 507A and 507B, and to follow im-
mediately after Section 507 of said Article, to authorize
exhibition of motion pictures in the Town of Oakland in
Garrett County at certain hours on Sunday, to impose a
tax on certain admissions thereto, to repeal Sections 483
and 485 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title
"Sabbath Breaking", and all other Public General and Pub-
lic Local Laws in so far as inconsistent, and providing for a
referendum vote thereon.
