154A. Nothing in this sub-title and no provisions of Sec
tions 137 to 154, inclusive, of this Article, shall be construed
to apply to intercollegiate boxing held or given on the campuses
of or under the auspices of any college or university within
this State or to interscholastic boxing held or given on the
campuses or under the auspices of any high school within this
State.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

Approved May 28, 1937.

CHAPTER 62.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County", to be under sub-title "Wild Animals",
said new sections to be known as Sections 526, 527 and
527A of said Article and to follow immediately after Section
525 of said Article, providing for the paying of bounties for
killing wildcats, weasels and foxes in Garrett County.

CHAPTER 63.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 210
of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Fraud
by Mortgagors of Personal Property", to include vendors
under Bills of Sale within the provisions thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 210 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments",
sub-title "Fraud by Mortgagors of Personal Property", be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
to read as follows:

210. Any mortgagor of personal property in possession of
the same, or any purchaser of personal property under a re-
corded conditional, written contract, in possession of said
property, or any execution debtor in possession of personal
property levied on and taken in execution, or any vendor of
