House bill No. 221, making further appropriations for the
support of f.he Government and School^ and Reformatory In-
stitutions for 1876, and requesting the Senate to recede
from the same
After consideration the Senate has determined to adhere to
its amendments, and requsest your Honorable Body to ap-
point a Committee of Conference to take into consideration
the disagreeing votrs <>f the' two Houses.
We have appointed as managers on the part of the Senate,
Messrs. Knight, Lloyd and Gorman.

Mr. Gill submitted the following message:
By THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 22nd, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message, declining to recede from
yonr amendments to House hill No. 224, making further ap-
propriations for the support of the Government and Schools
and Reformatory Institutions for 1876, find asking for a
Committee of Conference.
We have appointed ax managers oa the part of the House,
Messrs. Gill, Robinson and Naill.

E. Brewington to settle her accounts as guardian of* George
P. Brewington, minor, and herewith return the same.
