Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section to
Article 30, of the Code of Public General Lawn, title "Crimes
and Punishments," sub-title "Horse Stealing."

In line 6, page 1, strike out "maliciously," and insert
"unlawfully."

Judiciary, reported unfavorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal 'Section 53, of Article 51,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices of the
Peace," sub-title "Supersedeas and Execution," and enact a
substitute therefor.
The unfavorable report was adopted.
A bill entitled an Act to prevent the erection or mainte-
nance of slaughter houses near public roads or dwellings, in
Allegany county.
Which was considered and referred to the Allegany delega-
tion.
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 53, of Article
51, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Public Gener-
al Laws," title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Superse-
das and Execution," and enact a substitute therefor and in
lieu thereof.
