BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March '20th, 1876,
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message declining to recede from
the amendments proposed to House bill No. 126, and asking
for a Committee of Conference on the same, and hereby con-
cur therein, and aave appointed as managers on the pait of
the House, Messrs. Gill, Robinson and Koons.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal any supposed exemp-
tions of the capital stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
Company, or of any of its branch roads, or its or their pro-
perty, real personal or mixed from taxation tor State, county
or municipal purposes.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, Article 36
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Estrays and Ves-
sels Adrift," so far as the same relates to Dorchester county,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Phelps, Aydelotte and Cooper.

House bill entitled an Act for the protection of Sheep
Husbandry.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Agriculture.

House bill entitled an Act to remove all gates from the
pulic roads of Charles county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Mudd, Suit and Steiner.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 77 of the
Public Local Laws of Worcester county, passed January
Session, 1874, relating to oysters in Sinepuxent Bay and its
tributaries, and to re-enact the same with amendments, also,
to protect fish therein.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Aydelotte, Humphreys and Dennis.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1 of Article 38
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Officers Fees,"
and to re-enact the same so far as relates to Dorchester county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs
Phelps, Aydelotte and Cooper.
