ninety-seven one hundredths feet to a point at or near the
southwesterly corner of a lot belonging to the African
Methodist Episcopal Church of Trappe, said point being
established for corner Number Six; thence crossing over
the lands belonging to Avery E. Ornett, J. Franklin Baker,
The Trappe High School and Others, North twelve degrees,
fifty minutes West, two thousand, four hundred and ninety-
two and two-tenths feet to a point, at the rear of a lot be-
longing to R. Kemp Hughlett, established for corner num-
ber Seven; thence North eighty-six degrees, forty-eight
minutes West, eight hundred and sixty-seven and thirty-
four one hundredths feet to a point established for corner
number Eight, said point being on the lands belonging to
W. Rembert Simpson; thence over the said Simpson lands
crossing the Public Road known as West Street and leading
to Island Creek Neck, and over the lands belonging. to
Charles B. Adams, North no degrees, forty-six minutes
East, one thousand, six hundred and twenty and four-
Tenths feet to the place of beginning; and the Commission-
ers of said town may survey, locate and plat the said limits,
and establish the same by durable boundaries, and may
survey, locate and plat all lots, squares, streets, lanes, ways
and alleys in said town, and such other lands or grounds as
may be ceded for the benefit of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1933.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
112 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Allegany County, " sub-title "County
Treasurer, " as enacted by Chapter 115 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1910.
