On the bicameral situation, I personally feel

that the House should be cut down to 80 or 90, and the

Senate to about 43, if. we were having a bicameral system.

THE CHAIRMAN: You would make the House 90

and the Senate about how large?

SENATOR JAMES: About 40. I think the House

should be about twice the size of the Senate.

SENATOR HUGHES: That would do away with the

guarantee of one for each county in the House.
