used in printing the Governor's Message, the
Report of the Comptroller of the Treasury,
the State Treasurer's Report, the Report of
the Adjutant-General, the State School Re-
port, the Report of the Insurance Commis-

sioner, the Report of the State Board of
Health and the Report of the State Fish Com-
missioner, shall be printed on good white
paper, twenty- four by thirty-eight inches, fifty
pounds to the ream; the size of the pages to be
regular octavo, and that the type used shall
be long primer for the body of all the various
reports, and brevier for the tabular statements.

delivered.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That so much of
said printing as shall be necessary for the
General Assembly during its session, shall be
delivered to the Presiding Officers of both
Houses, and the residue shall be delivered to
the State Librarian, to be by him distributed
as heretofore.

Clerk pay.
|
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the said
Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall have and
receive the sum of three hundred dollars as
compensation for the duty imposed upon him
by this act.

CHAPTER 493.
AN ACT to give and grant the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to sundry gifts, sales, leases, devises
and bequests of various persons in this State,
to or for the use of sundry religious sects,
orders and denominations therein named.
