Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to bring
in a bill to amend Article XXXVIII of the Code of Public
General Laws by repealing the 2nd section thereof, and sub-
stituting the following therefor, in relation to fees of office;
Also, Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary
to bring in a bill to amend Article LXXX of the Code of
Public General Laws, by repealing the 46th and 47th sec-
tions thereof, and substituting the following therefor, in
relation to Sheriffs;
