Leave granted delegation from, to report a bill
to empower the Judge of the Circuit Court of, in
his discretion to suppress licenses for the sale of
spiritous and fermented liquors or lager beer with-
in the city of Annapolis, &c.

to authorize the keeper of Chancery records to have
certain books bound, 341; bill reported and pass-
ed.

APPROPRIATIONS—Leave granted Committee of Ways
and Means to prepare and report a bill appropri-
ating two millions of dollars to be expended in
placing the State in a complete condition of organ-
ization and defense, under such direction as the
General Assembly may hereafter provide, 23.
