or State purposes for the year 1912, 1913 and 1914, respectively, are hereby
extended to embrace all omitted or escaped property which was properly
assessable for any or all of said years, and which may hereafter be entered
on the assessment books, under Section 234 of Article 81 of the Code of
Public Civil Laws, as enacted by Chapter 841 of the Acts of 1914.

And we do further resolve and order, That all taxes levied for (herein)
shall be collected and accounted for in the manner prescribed by law.
