SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Article 15A - Budget
and Fiscal Planning of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the subtitle
"Community Long-Term Care Program" in Article 70B - Office on Aging of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Obsolete subtitle in Article 70B.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 538, Acts of 1989, which renumbered former
§ 25 of Article 70B to be § 4H. Correction by the Michie Company in the
1989 Cumulative Supplement to the 1988 Replacement Volume of Volume 6
of the Annotated Code of Maryland is validated by this Act.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the new subtitle
"Subtitle 10A. Statutory Committees of Limited Duration" be added to Title 2 of the
State Government Article.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Chapter 602 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1989 be repealed.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This repeals a Session Law that is codified at § 7-302. 1 of the Health Occupations
Article by Section 2 of this Act.

SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the publishers of the
Annotated Code of_ Maryland, subject to the approval of the Director of the
Department of Legislative Reference, shall propose and implement a plan for the
renumbering of the articles and sections of the Health Occupations Article of the
Annotated Code of Maryland prior to the republication of the replacement volume
containing that article. The proposal shall correct numerical and nonnumerical
cross-references and other changes occasioned by the renumbering.

SECTION 12. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to the
approval of the Director of the Department of Legislative Reference, the publishers of
the Annotated Code of Maryland shall propose the correction of cross-references that
are rendered incorrect by Sections 5, 6, and 7 of this Act.

SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the General Assembly
ratifies and enacts the corrections undertaken by the publishers of the Annotated Code
of Maryland to change any numerical or non-numerical cross-references to the
"Business Occupations Article" to be the "Business Occupations and Professions
Article" throughout the Annotated Code.
