EXECUTIVE ORDERS

STATE OF MARYLAND, HAVING THOUGHT PROPER THE EXTENSION
OF CLEMENCY DO HEREBY, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED
IN ME BY LAW, GRANT UNTO THE PERSONS LISTED ON THE
ATTACHMENT TO THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER, A COMMUTATION OF
THE UNSUSPENDED REMAINDER OF THEIR TERMS OF
INCARCERATION FOR THE OFFENSES ENUMERATED ON THE
ATTACHMENT TO THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER. I HEREBY DIRECT THE
RELEASE FROM CONFINEMENT OF THE INDIVIDUALS LISTED ON
THE ATTACHMENT TO THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER NO LATER THAN
DECEMBER 22, 1989, OR WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME THEREAFTER
IF SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL LEGAL PROCESS. I DO HEREBY
FURTHER DIRECT THAT THE COMMUTATION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS
SUBJECT TO SUPERVISION OF THE PERSONS LISTED IN THE
ATTACHMENT TO THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE DIVISION OF
PAROLE AND PROBATION, UPON THE SAME TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS IF ON PAROLE. I DO FURTHER DIRECT THAT THESE
COMMUTATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FULFILLMENT OF THE
SPECIAL CONDITIONS RECOMMENDED FOR EACH SUCH INMATE, IF
ANY, BY THE MARYLAND PAROLE COMMISSION AND AS LISTED ON
THE ATTACHMENT TO THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER.
