(6) The Youth Commission shall meet at least once each year. Regional
Youth Commission meetings may be held, in the respective regions of the State, at least
three times during the academic year.

H. Responsibilities of the Governor's Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission.

(1) The Commission shall give careful consideration to implementing drug
and alcohol prevention initiatives suggested by the Youth Commission.

(2) The Commission shall solicit input from the Youth Commission when
developing programs geared to preventing youth from experimenting with drugs and
alcohol.

(3) The Commission shall cooperate with the Youth Commission to the
fullest extent possible in carrying out the provisions of this Executive Order.
