AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:

Marinas - Multilevel Watercraft Storage Rack Buildings

FOR the purpose of establishing requirements under which multilevel watercraft
storage rack buildings and certain facilities ancillary to the launching and removal
of watercraft are permitted in certain zoning districts; and defining certain terms.

Hunter's Harbor Special Community Benefit District

FOR the purpose of changing the purpose of the Hunter's Harbor Special Community
Benefit District; changing the method of taxation in the Hunter's Harbor Special
Community Benefit District; exempting certain undeveloped land from the special
community benefit tax until development occurs; and generally relating to the
Hunter's Harbor Special Community Benefit District.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

§§ 2-104(o) and 2-106(b) (as amended by Bill No. 52-88)
