at least one month's notice prior to the time of beginning the
same, by publication in some newspaper of the county or city
of Baltimore in which the vacant land is situate, by at least
two consecutive insertions. Said notice shall contain a de-
scription of the alleged vacant land as stated in the warrant;
and in the certificate of survey, the surveyor shall certify to the
publication of such notice. And any person may obtain a
proclamation warrant by applying to the Commissioner of the
Land Office, and paying him the cost of the warrant, and one-
tenth of the composition money due on the certificate proposed
to be proclamated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of August, nineteen hundred and ten.

ARTICLE LVII

LIVESTOCK.

CHAPTER 466.

AN ACT to regulate the sale and use of tuberculin, mallein
and other biological products used for the vaccination, test-
ing and immunizing of animals.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all tuberculin, mallein or other biological products
used for the testing or immunizing of animals sold, given aw.ay
or used within the State shall bear a label, stating the name
and address of the person, firm or institution making it, and
the date of its preparation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all persons selling
or giving away any of the above-mentioned products shall re-
port monthly to the Director of the State Laboratory for Bio-
logical Products the amount of each sold or given away, the
degree of strength of same, the name and address of the person
to whom sold or given, and the date of delivery. Said report
shall include the address of and be signed by the person mak-
ing the report.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That persons buying or
procuring any of the above-mentioned products shall not use
or dispose of the same until assured in writing by the person
from whom the tuberculin is received, that its delivery to said
person has been reported to the Director of the State Labora-
tory for Biological Products, or unless they have themselves
reported its receipt to the said Director, with information re-
quired to be furnished by those who distribute such products,
