419, folio 129, etc., for the use and benefit of said church for
religious purposes as therein set forth.

41. To the devise and bequest made by and contained in the
last Will and Testament of Mary Anna Jones, late of Carroll
County, deceased, dated April 11th, 1911, of the balance of her
estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated, to Saint
James' Reformed Church, Mount Joy Township, Adams County,
Pennsylvania, Rev. F. S. Linderman, Pastor, in trust, for the
uses and purposes in said Will declared and set forth.

42. To the bequest of $500.00 to Grace Evangelical Luth-
eran Church at Westminster, Maryland, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Rebecca Wagoner, late of Carroll Coun-
ty, deceased, recorded among the Will Records of Carroll Coun-
ty in Liber W. A. No. 11, folio 304.

43. To the legacy given to the Commissioners of Sudlers-
ville, a municipal corporation of Queen Anne's County, State of
Maryland, by Mary V. Cox, late of Queen Anne's County, State
of Maryland, deceased, by her last Will and Testament, dated
March 8, 1909, and the codicil thereto dated November 20, 1909,
and recorded in Liber R. W. T. No. 1, folio 258, etc., a Will
Record Book of said County, for the purpose of erecting a pub-
lic hall for municipal purposes, under the terms and condi-
tions of said Will and Codicil, and to call said hall when erected
the '' Cox Memorial Hall.''

44. To the following grants, sales and Deeds to and for the
use and benefit of Church Extension Society of Diocese of Mary-
land, Incorporated, as herein set forth: (a) Deed from the Hale-
thorpe Land and Improvement Company, a body corporate, to
Church Extension Society, of Diocese of Maryland, Incorpo-
rated, dated the 2nd day of October, 1912, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County on the 1st day of
February, 1913, in Liber W. P. C. No. 407, folio 170; (and a
Deed from the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, Incorporated, dated on or about the
31st day of January, 1913, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County on the first day of February, 1913,
in Liber W. P. C. No. 407, folio 172;) conveying certain lots on
the plat of "Halethorpe," in Baltimore County; (b) Deed from
Max F. Gebhardt and Elizabeth Gebhardt, his wife, and the
Vestry of St. Mark's Church of the City of Baltimore to Church
Extension Society of Diocese of Maryland, Incorporated, dated
