tion shall receive more than thirty racing days in any one
year, divided into not more than two, meetings, and no dates
shall be a.warded for any meeting to be held during the months
of December, January, February and March of any year, nor
shall more than one meeting be held in any one day of the year
in Prince George's County.

512G. Each applicant desiring to hold races on the day or
days awarded by the Commission shall, before the issuance
of any license, and on and before the first day of April fol-
lowing the allotment of such days, pay to the said Commission
a license fee as follows: $10.00 for each day of any meeting
for the conduct of running races up to five days, and $400.00
a day for each additional day thereof and $10.00 for each day
of any meeting for trotting or pacing horses.

And the said applicant, excepting only regularly incorpo-
rated agricultural fair associations, holding not more than one
meeting in any one year of not more than five days duration,
shall pay to the Treasurer of Prince George's County
$1,000.00 per day for every day of any and all such authorized
meetings, and this to he in addition to any other license fee
herein or otherwise provided, and to be used and expended by
the County Commissioners of Prince George's County afore-
said in the construction and maintenance of public roads in
Prince George's County, Maryland.

512H. Upon the award of days to any applicant and upon
payment of the license fee as above prescribed, the Commis-
sion shall issue a license for the holding of the meeting dur-
ing the days awarded to such applicant, and for which the
license fee shall have been paid, which said license shall con-
tain a condition that all races or race meetings conducted
thereunder shall be subject to all the rules, regulations and
conditions from time to time prescribed by the Commission.

512I. Said Commission may in its discretion meet subse-
quent to the 15th day of March and award dates for racing
on applications submitted to it subsequent to the 1st day of
March, provided the expense of holding such meeting and
issuing the proper license be borne by the applicant, and that
the clays so awarded in no way conflict with the further pro-
visions of this Act. And provided further that no license for
a race meeting shall issue prior to the payment of the fees
therefor at, the rate hereinbefore provided.
