The moiety of the school fund which

Baltimore county, exclusive of the city

of Baltimore, is annually entitled to,

shall be paid by the treasurer to the com-

missioners of Baltimore county in trust

to be applied in the several election dis-

tricts of the county, &c. Trustees ap-
