AISQUITH, JOHN,
    The bond of any person given for
the purpose of indemnifying a security
on an administration or guardians bond,
&c. any person interested, &c. may demand
a copy, &c. upon which an action
may be maintained, &c.
    Final discharge of an, executed, &c.
before the orphans court, by a female
of the age of eighteen years, shall be of
the same effect as if she were twenty-one
years of age.

    Executors, &c. any security on the
bond of an, executor, &c. may required
counter security, whereupon the Orphans
Court may demand the same, and
on neglect to give, the letters of administration,
&c. may be revoked, and a
new administrator appointed.
    In case of failure to deliver up the
property, &c. to such new administration
the court may compel delivery and
payment, by attachment and sequestration
of property, and direct his administration
bond to be put in suit.

    Executrix, or female guardian, dying
without having passed a final account of
her administration, &c. and who shall
have a husband living at the time of
her decease; it shall be the duty of such
husband to render an account, &c. to the
orphans court, which if found correct,
shall be admitted to record, &c. as other
administrators and guardians accounts;
and in case of the husband neglecting to
render such an account, the orphans
court shall proceed against him by attachment,
and commit him until he shall
render such account, &c.

    Supplement to the act concerning;
repealing part of the proviso of the
first section, and also the ninth section
of the original act, and reviving and
confirming the remainder thereof,

    Administrator of Robert C. Aisquith,
supplement for relief of, conditionally
suspending proceedings against.
