APPEALS.
    Regulating the manner of granting
out county pensions in; conferring limited
power upon the county commissioners;
who are prohibiting to grant in
specified cases, and required to revise
the present list,
    Levy of not exceeding $100 on, authorised,
to build a bridge across the Patuxent
River, at Rankins' Ford,
    To make public a road leading from
the new Bridge over Marley Creek, at
Ashpaw's landing, until it intersects the
road leading by Kreb's Bridge to Baltimore,
    Supplement to the act for the public
instruction of youth in Primary Schools
in; authorising non residents of school
districts to vote for or against the establishment
of a school in any school district
in which they hold real property,
    To open and make public a Road
from Harnes' old Field, in Baltimore
county to Lisbon in,
    Levy on, not exceeding $300, authorised,
to rebuild the Priest Bridge across
Patuxent,
    Levy not exceeding $75 on, authorised,
to repair the Bridge across the Patuxent
River at Queen Anne,
    For the relief of sundry poor persons
in; authorising levy on, for their
use,
    Supplement to the act authorising,
&c. a road through Frederick, Montgomery
and; authorising commissioners
to amend the location of, &c.

    From magistrates' judgments; to limit
the time of taking,
    Any person (except in the city of Baltimore,)
thinking themselves aggrieved,
&c., may appeal at any time within sixty
days of the date of such majistrates'
judgment; provided they give bond &c.
to prosecute said appeal, at the next succeeding
county court, &c.; which appeal
shall have the same effect as a supersedeas,
