    AND JAMES.



WITNESSES
purpose of indemnifying any security,
etc. on an administration or guardians
bond, such person may demand a copy,
etc. upon which an action may be maintained,
etc.

    Any person interested in the estate of
any security of a guardian, etc. shall
have the same right to call upon the
guardian, etc. to give counter security,
as a guardian now can, and the same proceedings
shall be had, etc. and according
to the provisions of the act of 1807,
ch. 36, sec. 2
    The guardianship of all females shall
continue until the female arrives at the
age of 18 years, or be married
    The orphan's court, shall have the
same power to appoint guardians to a
female under the age of 18, as they now
have to appoint under the age of 16,
and the same proceedings shall be had
    On a female ward arriving at the age
of eighteen years, or marriage, her
guardian shall exhibit a full account to
the Orphans' Court, &c.; and shall deliver
up, agreeably to the court's order,
to the said ward, or to her husband, if
married, all the property of said ward,
&c.; and, on failure, his bond shall be
liable, and he shall also be liable to attachment
and fine, not exceeding three
hundred dollars
    Any receipt, acquittance, or final discharge,
which shall be executed before
the Orphans' Court, &c, by a female of
the age of eighteen years, to any guardian,
executor, or administrator, shall
have effect, &c., as if such female were
of the full age of twenty-one


    Divorced absolutely; and Rebecca
authorised to resume her maiden name
of Rebecca King

    In cases under the laws to punish
violations of the lottery system, denied
the privilege of refusing to answer, because
their answer might criminate
