20th Janry 1761    Then were Thomas Holbrooke and Charles Leatherbury Quallified upon the within Commission
Agreeable to An Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided      Before      Thos. Jones
We the Subscribers haveing being first Quallified to Execute the Within Commission and haveing also
first Given twenty days Notice for the Execution thereof Agreeable to Act of Assembly we have proceeded to
take the Several depositions hereto Annexed all which we hereby Certifie under our hands and Seals this
Twenty fourth day of January Anno Dom. 1761    Thos. Holbrook {Seal}
The Deposition of Capn. Thomas Gilliss Aged Sixty five or there About    Charles Leatherbury {Seal}
being Sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God Deposeth that About thirty four Years of Agoe that he
this Deponant had a Commission to Prove the Bounds of a tract of Land Called Second Choice and he this
Deponant Caled upon the following persons to Prove the third and fourth Bounder of Second Choice William
Alexander, Peter Surman, George Goddart, William Brereton, Thomas Brereton and Charles Mullen
but they Said they did not know Where they were and further this Deponant Saith that he never Could Get
                                    nor fourth
Any Intelligence where the third ^ Bounders Stood and further this Deponant Saith not Sworn this 24th day of
January Anno Dom. 1761                                          Before

The Deposition of William Pullet Aged forty Years or there Abouts being Sworn on the holy Evangelist
of Almighty God deposeth that on the Ninth day of July Anno 1760 that Nicholas Todvine Told this
Deponant that near or at this Place Where we the Subscribers Are present that Ahab Costen told the Said
Nicholas Todvine that to the Best of his knowledge that a Red Oak Was a Division Bounder Between
him the afd. Ahab Costen and Thomas Pullitt and that he the Said Ahab Costen told the Said Nicholas
Todvine that they Run to a Stuping Gum with a Small Read Oak Grown out from the Root Standing
to the North Side of the Gum thence along to an Olde Path where there was a Great Pine Standing
And further the Said Ahab Costen told the Said Nicholas Todvine to take Notice of a White Oak that
Stands About Twenty feet from a Large Stone Where we the Subscribers Are now Present and further
this Deponant Saith Not Sworn this 24th day of January Anno 1761 before

The Deposition of Edmond Smullen Aged twenty nine Years or there Abouts
being Sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God Deposeth that this Deponant heard Ahab Costen Say
About Twelve Years Agoe that he the Said Ahab Costen held Some of Thomas Pullitts Clear Land and
further this Deponant Saith not Sworn this 24thday of Janry Anno 1761 Before

The Deposition of Ambros Fitzwaters Aged thirty Years or thereabouts being Sworn on the holy Evangelist of
Almighty God Deposeth that About four or five Years Agoe that Ahab Costen told this Deponant that he the
Said Ahab Costen heald Sum of Thomas Pullitts Old field and the Said Costen told this Deponant to go and
Cutt Timber on this Side of the Branch where we the Subscribers are Present and the Said Costen would
keep this Deponant harmless and further this Deponant Saith that he never heard Ahab Costen Say Any
thing About Any Bouner being Where we the Subscribers are and further this Deponant Saith not
Sworn this 24th day of January Anno Dom. 1761    before

John Wilson Orphan    Somerset fst Know all men by these Presents that we David Wilson, John
Bond    Huffington, Isaac More, of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto Thomas

    Wilson Representative of John Wilson decd. in the full And Just Sum of three pounds
Eleven Shillings Curt Money of Maryland to be paid to the Said Thomas Wilson his heirs Exrs. Admrs. or
Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our Selves and Each of us our &
Each of our heirs Exrs. or Admrs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents
Sealed with our Seals and dated this 20th day of August Anno Dom. 1761
