Michael Cluff who being Severally Called Over by their Names do Appear as above and were Sworn and
Charged and Sent out to Consider Soon after the Grand Jurors afd. So as afd. Impannelled Charged and Sworn
Returned here into Court and being again Severally Called Over Returned to the Court here the following
Indictments and Presentments Against Elinor Spicer, Ditto, Ditto, Sarah Bowen als Ballard Eliza. Bounds, Indis. agst.
Charles Henderson, Jabez Pitt, Joseph Dashiell, Daniel Smith and Neh Turpin Indis. Ignoramus Agst Edward McDaniel
and Costen Beauchamp    Thereupon the Grand Jurors afd. are discharged and allowed four hundred Pounds of tobacco
to be Levied this Levey Court And that Against Elinor Spicer, Ditto, Ditto, Jabez Pitt, Joseph Dashiell, Daniel Smith
Neh. Turpin Sarah Bowing als. Ballard and Eliza. Bounds So as afd. Indicted and Presented it is Ordered that Capias Issue
Returnable to March Court Next &c

Ordered that George Hayward Prosecutor of his Lordships pleas in Somerset County Court order and direct the
Issuing out all Such Summons as he Shall think Necessary to testify to the Grand Jury Against Any person
or persons Whatsoever &c

Wm. Bowland
   Bound to    William Bowland an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
Zoro: King    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto Zorobable King of Somerset County Joyner
untill he the Said William Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said William to Serve his Said
Master the full Term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he
Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe
And in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master &
all his during the term &c    In Consideration of Which Service the Said Zorobable King present here in Court
in his Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form
following that is to Say that he the Said Zorobable King Shall and Will during the term afd. Learn his Said
Apprentice the trade of a Shop Joyner and Give him four Months Schooling during his Servitude and Likewise
find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd.    Whereupon the Said Zorobable King is Ordered to Give
Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Zorobable King together with Denwood Turpin
And Wm. Mitchell of Somerset County Planters his Securitys all Present here in Court in their Proper Persons
Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted unto the afd. William Bowland in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland
on their bodies Goods or Chattles Land and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Bowland
his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Zorobable King do not during the term afd. Learn
his Said Apprentice the trade of a Shop Joyner and Give him four Months Schooling all at one time and do not
Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink Washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for
Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd.

James Bowland    James Bowland an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an

Wm. Mitchell    Somerset County Cordwainer untill he the Said James Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years
the Said James to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master
Well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Everywhere
willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards
his Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of Which Service the Said William
Mitchell present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court
