      Att a court of his Lordship the Right Honourable Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c. held at Princes Ann Town the third
Tuesday of March being the Sixteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. 1762 by his Said Lordships Justices
the peace in the Same County to keep Assigned of Whom were present

Whereupon the Court being Called Sat as above Proceeded to Business in Manner following Vizt

      Proclamation being made the Sheriff of Somerset County Returned a Pannell of Grand
Jurors to Inquire &c to witt Levin Dashiell, Stephen Horsey, Joshua Hitch, John Fletcher, Levin Moor, Jehu
Bounds, Wm. Warwick, Arnold Elzey, Henry Miles, Wm. Miles, Joshua Turpin, Arnold Ballard, Wm. Jones, Isaac
Mitchell, Randall Revell, Wm. Donohoe and Thomas Ward Who being Severally Called Over by their Names
do Appear as above and were Sworn and Charged and Sent out to Consider Soon after the Grand Jurors afd. So as afd.
Impannelled Charged and Sworn Returned here into Court and being Again Severallyy Called Over Returned to the
Court here the following Indictments and Presentments Against Priscilla Mardicke, Sarah Bozman, Neomey Kelsick
Molatto Dinah, Rachell Benston and Elinor Oney Indictments against William Collins, Robert Hopkins, James Collins
Wm. Brereton, John Watkins, Wm. Martin, Jonathan Stott and Anthony Collins    Thereupon the Grand Jurors afd.
Are discharged and Allowed four hundred pounds of tobacco to be Leveyed Next Levey Court And that Against
Priscilla Mardike, Sarah Bozman, Neomey Kelsick, Molatto Dinah, Rachell Benston and Elinor Oney, William
Collins, Robert Hopkins and Anthony Collins So as afd. Indicted and Presented it is ordered that Capias Issue Returnable
to June Court next &c

George Irving    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Judicially Sitting The Petition of George Irving most
     Petn.    Humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Intituled to a parcell of Land on Mudford Creek or Trading
Branch Lying between a parcell of Land belonging to Mr. Nehemiah King and a parcell of Land belonging to
Revell Horsey the Bounds of Which afd. Land being precarious Your petitioner prays Your Worships to Appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of the afd. Land or the Bounds of Any other Land
on which the afd. Lands may depend or have Any Relation thereunto and Your Petitioner as in duty bound Shall
Ever pray
           Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
afd. George Irving as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Joseph Gilliss Thomas Jones, William Turpin
and Levin Wilson of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to
Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

The Same    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Judicially Sitting    The Petition of George
   Petn    Irving Most Humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner has Given in Negro Woman a taxable Called
Mareah which Negro these Many Years belonging to Mrs. Ann Irving which Negro Woman has been Sick
Going on three Years with a Consumtion but has been Confined to her bed these three Months past and
unable to help her Self or do Any Service your Petitioner prays your Worships to Sett the afd. Negro Woman
Tax free and Your Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Every pray
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper Person and thereupon the petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court that the afd. Negro Woman Mureah
be Tax free untill it Shall please God to Restore her to her health and able to Labour &c
