as by the Petition afd. is praid And that Levin Wilson, Planner Williams, Nehemiah King and William Furnace
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in
Such Case Provided &c

John Bartlet    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County in Court now Judicially Sitting    The Petition of
   Petn    John Bartlet most humbly Sheweth that Whereas Your Petitioner is Possessed of a tract of Land
Called Hartford Lying and being in the County afd. the Bounds of Which are precarious and uncertain and the
Witnesses to prove the Same Ancient and Infirm Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships to
Grant a Commission and Appoint Commissioners to perpetuate the bounds of the Said Land Called Hartford
or of Any other whereon the Bounds of the afd. Land may or do depend And Your Petitioner as in duty
bound Shall Ever Pray                                                              John Bartlet
Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the
Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that
a Commission Issue to the afd. John Bartlet as by the Petition afd. is praid and that George Gale, Isaac
Handy Joseph Dashiell and Jessey Dashiell of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute
the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

Wm. Willis    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the Petition of William
      Petn    Willis Humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner is Possessed of a tract of Land Called Barnabis
Lott the Bounds of Which are Precarious and the Evidences to Prove the Same Ancient and Infirm he
therefore Prays Your Worships to Grant him a Commission and Appoint Commissioners in order to perpetuate
the Bounds of the afd. tract of Land or the Bounds of any Other Lands on which the Same may depend
And Your Petitioner as in duty Shall Pray                                               William Willis
   Thereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission
Issue to the afd. William Willis as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Samuel Wilson, Levin Wilson
Wm. Waters and Wm. Fountain of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

Wm. Hobbs    William Hobbs an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto Joseph Dashiell of Somerset County
Joseph Dashiell    untill he the Said William Hobbs Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said
William Hobbs to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice
his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and
honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he
shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.
        In Consideration of Which Service the Said Joseph Dashiell present here in Court in his
Proper Person Covenanteth with the Justice of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in
Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Joseph Dashiell Shall and will during
the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to Read Write and Cypher as far
as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a New Suit of Cloaths
                                                and a Set of Cordwainers Tools
Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths ^ and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice
Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the
term afd.    Whereupon the Said Joseph Dashiell is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants
afd. Thereupon the Said Joseph Dashiell with John Adams and Thomas Collins of Somerset County Gent
his Securitys all present here in Court in their Proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the afd. William Hobbs in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands &
tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Hobbs his heirs and Assigns to be made
And Levied if it happen that the Said Joseph Dashiell do not during the term afd. Learn his Said
