Somerset fs^t Know all men by these Presents that we Mary Marshell
Thomas Marshell & Jacob Addams Sen^r. of Somerset County are held and
firmly Bound unto unto George Marshell Representative of George Marshell
deceased in the full and Just sum of Two pound seven Shillings Current
money of Maryland to be paid to the said George Marshells him his
Heirs Executors administrators or Assigns to the which payment well
and Truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and Each of us our and
Each of our Heirs Executors administrators for the Whole and in the Whole
Joyntly and Severally firmly by these present sealed with our Seals and
Dated this 18 day of August Anno Dom. 1762
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary
General hath Transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of
George Marshell Deceased wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to
the abovesaid Representative the sum of one pound three Shillings and
five Pence half penny Current money therefore if the abovesaid Mary
Marshell, Thomas Marshell, & Jacob Addams them or any of them their or
any of their heirs Executors administrators do and shall well and Truly pay
or Cause to be paid unto the above Said Representatives the af^d: sum of
one pound three Shillings and five Pence half penny Current
