Whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed and with our
Seales and dated this 17th. day of August Anno Dom. 1762
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary
                                                                                                of
General Hath Transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate ^ William Adams
Deceased wherein it found that there is a Ballance due to the above Representa:
:tives the sum of fifty pound and Eleven pence half penny Current money
therefore if the abovesaid Williams Addams Hope Addams and James Dikes
do and Shall well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid
Representatives the afd: Sum of fifty pounds and Eleven pence half penny
Current money According to act of Assembly and deceased will when
they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same then the above Obligation
to be Void Else to Remain in full force and Virtue

Somerset fst Know all men by these Presents that we Mary Marshell
Thomas Marshell & Jacob Addams Senr. of Somerset County are held and
firmly Bound unto unto George Marshell Representative of George Marshell
deceased in the full and Just sum of Two pound seven Shillings Current
money of Maryland to be paid to the said George Marshells him his
Heirs Executors administrators or Assigns to the which payment well
and Truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and Each of us our and
Each of our Heirs Executors administrators for the Whole and in the Whole
Joyntly and Severally firmly by these present sealed with our Seals and
Dated this 18 day of August Anno Dom. 1762

or Cause to be paid unto the above Said Representatives the afd: sum of
one pound three Shillings and five Pence half penny Current
