have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships county court of somerset to be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday
of March Anno Dom. one thousand seven hundred and sixty two to answer unto William Allen & Littleton Dennis of a plea
of trespass upon the case and so forth and the same Day is given to the af^d. Allen and Dennis here &^c
Att which day here came the af^d. Allen & Dennis by Josiah Polk their Attorney and the sheriff to witt Ephraim Wilson now here
returned that he had taken the af^d. Southy Wheeler whose body here at this day he had ready to answer the af^d. Allen & Dennis of the af^d. plea
Whereupon the af^d. Southy Wheeler at the prayer of the af^d. Allen & Dennis is adjudged to give special Bail to the action af^d.
Thereupon a certain William Adams present here in court in his proper person undertook for the said Southy Wheeler and assumed upon him
