untill he the Said James McDaniel Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said James to Serve his Said
Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve
his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things
as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.
   In Consideration of which Service the Said Henry Calkwell present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with
the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he
the Said Henry Calkwell Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Glover and Leather
breeches maker and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his
Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths of Narrow Broad cloath over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and
Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.    Whereupon the Said Henry Calkwell is ordered to give Security to
Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Henry Calkwell together with Jacob Thords and Lane Roberson of
Somerset County Planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the afd. James McDaniell in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands
And tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said James McDaniel his heirs and Assigns to be made and
Levied If it happen that the Said Henry Calkwell do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Glover
and Leather breeches Maker and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration

Molatto James
   Bound to    James a Molatto of Sarah Fortune of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here
James Laws    An Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto James Laws of Somerset
County planter untill he the Said Molatto James Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years the Said
Molatto James to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which Term the Said Apprentice his Said Master
well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where
willingly he Shall Doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards

Kersey Over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat
drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such An Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
      Whereupon the Said James Laws is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon
the Said James Laws together with David McGraw and William Dorman of Somerset County planters his Securitys
all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. Molatto James in
thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to
the use of the Said Molatto James his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said James Laws
do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a tight Cooper and to Read well in the testament &
at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him as many Coopers tools as will be Sufficient to make a Cask and a pea
Jacket and Breeches of kersey over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and
provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have

Stephen Wright    Stephen Wright an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto Perkins Venables of Somerset County untill
Perkin Venables    he the Said Stephen Wright Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years the Said Stephen to Serve
