His Lordship
@    And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town in and for the County of Somerset the third Tuesday of August
Daniel Henderson    being the Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One before the Justices thereof
Came the afd. Daniel Henderson in his proper person According to A Certain Recognizance by him in that part before Acknowledged for his
the Said Daniel Henderson Appearance at this Court to Give Evidence Against A Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c. Whereupon
the Said Daniel Henderson prays that his Appearance may be Recorded and he discharged from the Recognizance afd. Thereupon the Said
Daniel Henderson Appearance is Recorded and he Accordingly Discharged from the Recognizance afd.    Whereupon the Said Daniel
Henderson is Ordered by the Court here to Give new Recognizance with One Security in the Sum of fifty Pound Curt Money of Maryland
for his the Said Daniel Hendersons Appearance at the next Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday
of September Next to Give Evidence on behalf of his Lordship Against A Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c. Thereupon the
Said Daniel Henderson with a Certain Ephraim King of Somerset County his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons
                                                                            in
Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship ^ the Sum of fifty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods and
Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and
Levied if it happen that the Said Daniel Henderson do not Make his personall Appearance before his Lordships Justices of
the Provincial Court at the next Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next and do not
then and there give Such Evidence as he Shall know on behalf of his Lordship Against the afd. John Watkins on Suspicion
of felony and that he do not depart the Court without Leave &c

in that part before Acknowledged for his the Said Stephen Steven Appearance at this Court to Give Evidence Against A Certain John Watkins
on Suspicion of felony &c. Whereupon the Said Stephen Stevens prays that his Appearance may be Recorded and he discharged
from the Recognizance afd.    Whereupon the Said Stephen Stevens Appearance is Recorded and he Accordingly Discharged from
the Recognizance afd. &c    Whereupon the Said Stephen Stevens is Ordered by the Court here to Give new Recognizance with
One Security in the Sum of fifty Pound Curt Money of Maryland for his the Said Stephen Stephens Appearance at the
next Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next to Give Evidence on behalf
of his Lordship Against a Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c. Thereupon the Said Stephen Stevens with
a Certain John Piper of Somerset County his Security both present here in Court in their Proper persons Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto his Lordship in the Sum of fifty Pound Curt Money of Maryland of their bodies Goods and Chattles Lands &
tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it
happen that the Said Stephen Stevens do not Make his Personall Appearance before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
Court at the next Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September next and do not then & there Give

James Bounds    and Sixty One before the Justices thereof Came the afd. James Bounds in his proper person and thereupon
Said James being Ordered by the Court to Give Security for his in the Sum of fifty Pounds Curt Money for his the Said James
Appearance at the next Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September next to
Give Evidence on behalf of his Lordship Against a Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c.    Thereupon a Certain
Jonathan Bounds of Somerset County present here in Court in his proper person undertook for the Said James Bounds and
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Said Lordship in the Sum of fifty Pound Curt Money of Maryland of his
body Goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and
Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said James Bounds do not Make his personall
Appearance before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at the next Court to be held at the City of Annapolis
the Second Tuesday of September next and do not then and there Give Such Evidence as he Shall know on behalf
of his Lordship Against the afd. John Watkins on Suspicion of felony and that he do not depart the Court without
Leave &c

James Bludworth    James Bludworth an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided unto Nehemiah King of Somerset County untill he the Said
Neh King    James Bludworth Should arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years he being Twelve Years of Age the fifth day of
Aprill Last the Said James Bludworth to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice
