on the Verdict afd but for as much as the said John Jones and Thomas Jones broak
prison and Absented themselves from the Sherr of said County so that the Court could
not proceed to the Judgment on the verdict of the Jurors afd on which the Court think
proper to refer the same to the then next Court that they may thereupon further
advise and thereupon the proceedings afd were ordered to be Continued untill the
third Tuesday of June then next following

    Att which said third Tuesday of June being the Eighteenth Day of said
Month Anno Dom 1723 Came the afd Lord prop.ry by Michael Howard his
Clerk of Indictments and the afd John Jones and Thomas Jones nor either of
them appearing thereupon the proceedings afd were ordered to be further Continued
untill the third Tuesday of August then next following                                        also
