    Att a Court held for Kent County in the Province of Maryland
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County On the twenty
first Day of March and continued the twenty second twenty third twenty
fourth and twenty fifth Day of the same Month in the Twelth Year of
the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and propry of the provinces of
Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Annoq Dom 1726/7

Francis Gent Attorney of the Right Honourable
the Lord propry that now is for the County afd
Who for the same Lord propry in this part prosecuteth doth Come here into
Kent County Court before Lambert Wilmer Esq:r and his associates his said
Lordships Justices of the same County Court to wit at New Town on the County
afd the twenty first Day of June Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty & six
and for the same Lord propry doth give the Court here to understand and be
Informed that Sarah Manning late of Saint pauls parish in the County afd
(the same Sarah then & yet having a Certain John Manning for her Lawfull
Husband to wit at the parish and County afd) the twentieth Day of March
Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty & five at the parish afd in the County
afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court having been duly Admonished by the
Vestry Men of the same parish in the afd County did afterward to wit the twenty
first Day of Aprill Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty & Six and at divers
other times as well before as since the afd twentieth Day of March at the
parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction afd Adulterously frequent
the Company of a Certain Charles Neal of the afd Parish and County
Labourer Contrary to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
and against the peace of the said Lord propry that now is his good rule
