here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted
unto the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryld
&c.a in the sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of great Brittain
to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles lands and Tenements
for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the same Henry shall not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County
afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the
third Tuesday of Novemb.r next ensueing to answer unto what Shall
be objected against him the same Henry on his said Lordships behalf
on Suspicion of Killing a Certain hogg on Sunday the Nineteenth
of July last and if that in the mean time he shall not be of good
behaviour where with the s.d Henry Doth acknowledge himself

    John Greenwood Sen.r and Christopher Hall both of Kent Coty
afd planters present herein Court in their proper persons do acknowledge
themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry
of this Province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of ten pounds Sterling
money of great Brittain ^Each^ to be made and Leveyed of their Several goods
and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Henry Spencer
Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next
Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of November next
Ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against him the
same Henry on his said Lordships behalf on Suspicion of Killing
a Certain hogg on Sunday the Nineteenth of July last and if that
in the mean time he the same Henry Shall not be of good behaviour
where with the same John Greenwood and Christopher Hall are Content
