County ^at last Court^ for her appearance at this Court and Good
Behaviour In y.e mean time and now here at the Same
Court to wit y.e 15.th Day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty
Seven y.e s.d Eliz.a appearing She is Discharged from s.d Comittment

Sherf of Kent County at last Court for his appearance at

Commitment

Entered into Recognizance before M.r James Wilson Jun.r
one of the Justices of this Court on the 13.th Day of May
Anno Dom. 1727 for his appearance at the then next
June Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Philemon Church
to which y.e s.d John appeared and thereupon y.e s.d Recog.c was Continued untill
the third Teusday of August then next following and now here at this Court
y.e s.d John appeareing ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged

    John Browning of Kent County planter at y.e Day and year afd before
the afd James Wilson Jun.r Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in y.e Sume of five pounds Sterling
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of the then next June Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship ag.st
the afd Philemon Church and y.e s.d Recogniz.c be Continued untill y.e
third Teusday of August then next following y.e s.d John Comes here to
this Court and makes his to wit y.e 15.th Day of Aug.st Anno Dom. 1727 and
makes his personal appearance and thereupon his Recognizance is
Discharged

    John Wridson haveing Entered into Recognizance before M.r Jam.s Wilson
Jun.r one of the Justices of this Court on y.e 17.th Day of May Anno Dom. 1727
for his appearance at the then next June Court to prosecute on his Lordships
behalf y.e afd Philemon Church to which y.e s.d John appeared and thereupon
y.e s.d Recognizance was Continued untill the third Teusday of August then
next following and now here at this Court y.e s.d John Wridson appeareing
ordered that his Recog.c be Discharged
