time the s.d Garret Should not be of Good Behaviour And now at this Court the
said Garret haveing Appeared and no person Shewing any Cause to y.e Contrary
the s.d Suretys Recognizances And Either of them are Discharged

The s.d Henry his Recognizance taken last Court for
his appearance at this Court and good Behaviour
And now at this Court the s.d Henry appearing Ordered
that his s.d Recognizance and Suretys Recognizance be
Discharged

Henry Spencer of Kent County planter at last Court Did Acknowledge
himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this Province
his heirs &c.a in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money to be
leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not Appear at the then
next Court to be held for s.d County to answer unto what Should be Objected
against him on his said Lordships behalf on Suspicion of Killing
a Certain hogg on Sunday the Nineteenth of July last And if in the
mean time he Should not be of Good behaviour And now at this Court
the s.d Henry appears to his s.d Recognizance and no person shewing
any Cause to the Contrary the same is Discharged

    John Greenwood and Christopher Hall at last Court afd did
Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of
this province his heirs &c.a in the sume ten pounds Sterling money
Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if Henry Spencer Should not
appear at the next Court to be held for s.d County to Answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his s.d Lordships behalf on Suspicion of
Killing a Certain hogg on Sunday the Nineteenth of July last And if
in the mean time the s.d Henry Should not be of Good behaviour And
now at this Court the s.d Henry haveing appeared And no person
