that if Lidia Chick Should not appear at the next Court to be held for
said County to Testifie the truth of her knowledge in a Certain matter
of Controversey Depending in our s.d Court Between the s.d Lord prop.ry
and Henry Spencer and on part of his s.d Lordship And now at this Court the
s.d Lidia Chick haveing appeared And no pson Shewing any Cause to the
Contrary her s.d Surety his Recognizance is Discharged

Gent. Attorney of the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry that
now is for the County afd who for the same Lord prop.ry in
this part prosecuteth Doth Come hereinto Kent County
Court before Edward Scott Esq.r and his Associates his Lordships Justices of y.e
same County Court to wit at Chester Town in the afd County the Seventeenth
Day of November Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and twenty four &c for the
same Lord prop.ry Doth give here the Court to understand and be Informed
that John Wilson of S.t pauls parish in Kent County afd planter the
first Day of August Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and twenty four
at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in
and upon a Certain Andrew Guyer in the peace of God & of the s.d Lord
prop.ry then and there being with force and arms an Assault Did make
and him the s.d Andrew Guyer then and there Did beat wound & Evily
treat so that of his life it was much Dispaired and other harms to him then
and there Did to the great Damage of the same Andrew and Contrary to
the peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his Good Rule & Government
&c.a Wherefore the afd Attry prayeth Advice of the Court her in y.e pmisses
and Due process of Law against the afd John Wilson in this part to Issue
to Answer to the afd Lord prop.ry of & upon y.e pmisses &c.a

    And the afd John Wilson pleads not Guilty And for Tryal put himself
on the Country                                                    Wilson in P. Pson
