Said Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the Same
Garret Should not make his psonall appearance before the Justices of the
parties after  then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Courthouse
in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Tuesday of June then
next ensuing to Answer to What Should be objected against on his said Lordships
behalfe and that in the meantime he Should be of good behavour
the same Garret appears to the afd Recog.c and thereupon the same is
discharged

    Cornelius Hurley & John Dunford at the Time afd
before the same Justice acknowledged themselves Indebted to the afd Lord
prop.ry in the sume of five pound Curr.t money Each for the appearance
of the afd Garret Closey to answer as afd & that he Should be of good behav.r
as afd &c.a and thereupon the afd Recog.cs is Discharged &c.a

Closey Enter into Recog.c with Good Security for his
appearance at next Court to answer unto what
shall be objected against him in behafe of his
Lordship And good behaviour                            And thereupon

    Garrett Closey of Kent County Planter present herein to Court in
his proper person doth acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable
the the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the sume of
tenn pound Sterl money of Grate Brittain to be made and Leveyed of
his Goods and Chattels lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the same Garrett Shall
not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the next Court to
be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
the Same County On the third Tuesday of August next to Answer unto
what Shall be objected against him on behalfe of his s.d Lordship and if that
in the meantime he Shall not be of good behaviour where with the s.d
Garrett doth acknowledge himself to be Content                             also

    Joseph Hull and John Dunford both of Kent County
afd Planters present here in Court in these proper persons do acknowledge
themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this
Province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of
Great Britain to be made and Levyd of their Severall goods and
