of his Body Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
he the said John Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to
be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next Ensueing then &
thereto Give Evidence for his Lordship against Bowles Green as an Indictm.t
ag.t the said Bowles for Stealing a Ewe Lamb wherew.th the sd John is Content

    William Brown of Kent County Planter being present here in Court
in his proper person doth acknowledge himself to stand Justly indebted with
the Right Honourable the lord Prop.ry of this province his heires and
Successors in the Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be leveyed of his Body Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if he ^y.e s.d John Gilbert^ shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court
to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next to give
his Evidence for his said Lopp against Bowles Green on an Indictm.t ag.t
the said Bowles for Stealing a Ewe Lamb wherewith the said William is
Content

    Ordered that Bowles Green be discharged from the Recogniz.ce taken
last Court for appearance to an Indictm.t for Stealing one half of a Smiths anvil
he haveing appeared to the same and that his Suretys Recognizances be also
discharged

    Bowles Green of Kent County Planter at last Court did enter
into Recogniz.ce in the sume of Twenty pounds Sterl money to be leveyed &c.a
Conditionally that if Should not personally appear at the then next Court
to be held for said County to answer unto an Indictm.t ag.t him for Stealing
one half of a Smiths Anvill of the goods and Chattels of a Certain Henry
Hosier and that if in the mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour
and now to with this Seventeenth day of august Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
& twenty five the day of appearance to said Recognizance the said Bowles
personally appears thereto and no person makeing any Objection ag.t him
his Recog.ce is by the Court here discharged                            also

    Robert Green and Daniel Flinn of Kent County Planters at last Court
afd did Enter into Recognizance in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterl each to be leveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if the above named Bowles Green Should not make his
