Frank O. Singer, Jr., dated November 30th, 1920, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3676, folio 369, etc.

09. To the bequest of $106.71 to the Baptist Home of
Maryland, Incorporated, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Fannie Bell Wright, late of Baltimore, deceased.

100. To the deed from Sarah L. Foster dated September
30th, 1916, conveying the property No. 2301 North Charles
Street, Baltimore, Maryland, to the Baptist Home of Mary-
land, Incorporated.

101. To the deed from Annie P. and Nellie H. Proctor,
dated October 1, 1920, conveying the property No. 1106 West
Lafayette Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, to the Committee of
the Baptist Church in the City of Baltimore.

102. To the Deed from Clinton O. Richardson and Thomas
Foley Hisky, executors under the last will and testament of
William J. Holliday, deceased, dated March 14, 1922, con-
veying to the Cammittee of the Baptist Church in the City of
Baltimore and the Trustees of the Liberty Heights Baptist
Church of Baltimore County the following described lot of
ground :

Beginning for the same on the northeast side of Liberty
Heights Avenue (formerly Liberty Turnpike Road) at a point
where a line drawn parallel to and twenty-five feet southwest
from the "Old Western Boundary" line of Baltimore City in-

tersects said side of Liberty Heights Avenue, said place of be-
ginning being also at the distance of twenty-seven feet, four
and one-half inches northwesterly measured along the said
northeast side of Liberty Heights Avenue from the beginning
of the whole tract of land, which by deed dated July 6, 1904,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore County, in
Liber W. P. C. No. 278, folio 138, was granted and conveyed
by Henry Lentz, Jr., and wife to William J. Halliday and
wife; thence running and binding on the northeast side of
Liberty Heights Avenue, north sixty-eight degrees, twenty-nine
minutes west two hundred and fifty-seven feet, two and three-
quarters inches to a point formed by the intersection of the
northeast side of said avenue with a line drawn parallel to and
15 feet east from the outside porch line of the dwelling erected
on the lot adjoinins; that now being described on the northwest,
said dwelling being that known as the "Halliday" dwelling;
