106. To the following bequests, under various wills, to and
for the use of certain religious corporations, as hereinafter set
forth:

To the bequests of Margaretha B. Lotz, late of Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, deceased, of one hundred dollars
each to the Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church (a body
corporate), located at Irvington, Baltimore City, formerly
Baltimore County, Maryland; to the Students' Fund Associa-

tion of the Baltimore Conference Methodist Episcopal Church
(a body corporate), as contained in the last will and testament
of Margaretha B. Lotz, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills in Liber H. W. J. No. 120, folio 563.

107. To the bequests of Ephraim B. Van Dyke, late of
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, deceased, of one hundred
dollars each to the Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist
Protestant Church (a body corporate) ; to the Board of Home
Missions of the Methodist Protestant Church (a body corpo-
rate) ; to the Church Extension Society of the Maryland Con-
ference of the Methodist Protestant Church (a body corpo-
rate) ; to the Superannuated Fund Society of the Maryland
Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church (a body corpo-
rate) ; to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Protestant
Church (a body corporate), located in Westminster, Mary-
land, as contained in the last will and testament of Ephraim
B. Van Dyke, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in
Wills in Liber H. W. J. No. 138, folio 224.

108. To the convevance and deed from William I. Gra-

ham to Christ's Institution, a religious corporation, duly in-
corporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, dated
January T, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1326, folio 125, etc., and
to the holding, selling, mortgaging, leasing or otherwise dispos-
ing of the lot of ground conveyed by said deed.

109. To the deed to "The Trustees of Ames Memorial
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated,"
from the "Trustees of the Western Chapel in the City of Bal-
timore, a Body Corporate," conveying three lots of ground in
said City of Baltimore, described in a deed dated May 17th,
1921, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3737, folio 599, etc.; also to the
