drawn along the centre of Pine street, and running thence westwardly along the centre of Lexington
street to the boundary line of the city, thence northwardly along said line to the northern boundary line
of the city, thence eastwardly along said line to a line drawn along the centre of Pennsylvania avenue,
thence southeastwardly along the centre of Pennsylvania avenue to a line drawn along the centre of
George street, thence westwardly along the centre of George street to aline drawn along the centre of
Pine street, and thence southwardly along the centre of Pine street to the place of beginning.

20th ward.—Beginning where a line drawn along the centre of Pennsylvania avenue would intersect
the northern boundary line of the city and running thence eastwardly along said northern boundary line
to aline drawn along the centre of Cathedral street, thence southwardly along the centre of Cathedral
street to a line drawn along the centre of Howard street, thence southwardly along the centreof How-
ard street to a line drawn along the centreof Madison street, thence westwardly along the centre of
Madison street to a line drawn ajong the centre of St. Mary street, thence along the centre of St. Mary
street to a line drawn along the centre of Pennsylvania avenue, and thence north-east wardly along the
centre of Pennsylvania avenue to the place of beginning.
