that if She Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for said County on the third tuesday in Aug.st
next to answer unto a Certain Indictment now in Court of fornication and in the mean time She is to be of good
behav.r

    At the Same time came John Macdouggall and Thomas Marcy both of Said County planters and in
their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sum of
five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of
his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Stewart Shall not appear
at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next ensueing to
answer unto the afd Indictment of fornication and in the mean time She is to be of good behav.r
wherewith they the Said John & Thomas acknowledges themselves Content

The afd John Camble at last March Court held for Said County entered into
Recognizance for his appearance to this Court and Good behaviour in the
mean time in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl to be made and Leveyed
to the use of his Ldship his heires & Successors &c.a And at the Same
time John Ashley and John Sturgis entered into a Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterl
each to be made and Leveyed &c.a for the use of his S.d Ldship his heires and Successors Conditionally
That the Said John Camble was to Make his personall appearance at this Court And in the mean
time he was to be of good behav.r &c.a  The Court orders that the Same John Camble
be called to app.r to the Same Recogniz.c  Proclamation being made and the afd John Camble
being Solemnly called to appear at this Court to Save the forfeiture of his Recogniz.c
and his Suretys for his appearance  The Same John Camble makes default neither do any
person come and Shew cause:  Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the
Sixteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty  That the afd John Camble Recognizance
in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl And the afd John Ashley and John Sturgis in the
Sume of two pounds Sterl Each to be all forfeited to the use of his s.d Lordship his heires
