Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not appear any time dureing the Court Setting
to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalfe concerning the assault
afd and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r  Therewith he acknowledges himselfe Content

    Also at the Same time came James Smith of the afd Kent County Gent. and acknowledged himself
Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on
his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors
Conditionally That if the afd Gilbert Tate Shall not make his psonal appearance at any
time dureing this Courts Setting to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said
Lord Ships behalfe Concerning an assault as afd and that in the mean time he is to be of good
behav.r wherewith the Same James Smith acknowledges himselfe Content

    After which the Same Gilbert comes into Court and in his p.rp.r pson ap.rs and prays

Said County and returnd the Same war.t Cepi And that he hath ready the Same Patrick And
the afd Patrick in his prop.r pson appears to the Same and that the afd Frederick Hanson
comes into Court and Said that the afd Patrick had very Groosely abused him as a Justice of
the Peace  The afd Pat in Cause of the allegations afd Saith that he can produce Several
Evid.cs concerning the Same but are not at Court  Therefore prays that the Same may be
Cont.d untill next Court which is granted  And that Security be gave accordingly  On
which comes into Court the afd Patrick in his proper pson and Acknowledged himselfe
Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of thirty pounds Sterling
to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Ldship
his heires and Successors Conditionally That if he do not appear at the next Court to be
held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next to answ.r unto what Shall be

Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of thirty
pounds Sterl money to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the Said
Patrick Clarke Shall not make his psonall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County
