        Henry Evans

    And now here at the Same Court to wit on the third tuesday in March being the
Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty Came the
afd Rich.d Hutton and in his proper person appeared to the Same Recognizance
as afd and prayd he might be therefrom disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that
the Same be disch.d  Thereupon this Court doth disch.d the Same Recognizance
as prayd &c.a

    And at the Same Time came William Boyer afd and prayd he might be
disch.d from his Recognizance as afd  Ordered by the Court here that the
Same be disch.d  Thereupon this Court doth disch.d the Same Recognizance as
prayd &c.a                            The Grand Jury having found a presentm.t ag.st
the afd Thomas Baker as p fo 171 ap.rs  The Same now at this Court
in his proper person appears and haveing no Security is by the Court
Comitted unto the Custody of M.r Joseph Young Sherf of Said County So that he
may answer the Same on the third tuesday in June next

23 Nov.r 1730 John Wilson of Kent County Innkeeper
Acknowledged himself Justly Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble
The Lord prop.ry of Maryland his heirs & Successors Ten pounds Sterling to be
Leveyed on his Body goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements                Conditionally
of a Certain Joan Anderson his Servant doth not make her personall appear.c
before the Justices of his Lopp Court to be held at Chester Town in Said County
the third tuesday in March next then & there to Answer unto Such Matters & things
as Shall be then & there objected against her by William Tidmarsh & Lydia
Bruton Concerning Divers felonies Comitted by her the Said Joan & in the meantime
that She be of the good Behaviour & do not depart the Court without leave
Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force taken
Before me one of his Lopps Justices for Kent County        Geo Skirven

    And now here at this Court to wit the third tuesday in March being the Sixteenth
day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty came the afd Joan
and in her proper person appeared to the Same Recognizance  Ordered by the
Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d  The Same Recognizance as
