Also at the Same time afd was Benjamin Greens Recognizance for the
Appearance of the afd Nicholas Neale disch.d &c.a

James Greenwood
 M.r William Frisby one of the Justices of this Court
comes to the Court that the afd James hath Said
Severall Scandalous words in lessing him in his
office.    Thereupon it was ordered that a Writ To made out to
bring the afd James before the Court to Answer the Same and afterwards
the Same Court came Joseph Young Gent high Sherrife of Said County
and made return thereof to the Court here endorst Cepi Corpus p Jo Young Sher

    And the afd James being called came and in his proper person appeared
to the Same And it is Ordered by the Court here that he enter into
Recognizance with Security for his appearance at next Court to Answ.r
the Same  Thereupon came the afd James Greenwood and in his
proper person Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the
Lord proprietary in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be paid to his s.d
Lordship his heirs & Successors to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods
and Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally That if he Shall not
appear at next June Court to Answer unto what Shall be objected
against him on his Lord Ships behalf on Acco.t of Useing the afd
M.r William Frisby with Indecent language And in the mean time to
be of good behav.r wherewith to acknowledge himself Content

    Also Daniel Perkins of the Same County Milwright came into
Court and in his proper person acknowledged himself Indebted to the
Right Hon.rble the Lord p.rp.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds
pounds Sterling to be paid to his Said Lordship his heirs and
Successors to be made and Leveyed Conditionally that if the afd James
Greenwood Shall not make his appearance at the next Court to
be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next then and
there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him the Same
pounds on acco.t of useing the afd M.r William Frisby with Indecent
Language and in the mean time he is to be of Good behaviour with
wherewith the afd Daniel Perkins Acknowledged himself Content
The afd presentm.t is Continued untill the next Court &c.a
