one hundred and ninety one Pounds of Tobacco costs Accrueing on the premisses
afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered the fine afd be delivered the Sherf

    Ordered by the Court here That Surely be Gave for to Indemnify the County
from and charge may Answer by reason of the afd Child that was delivered of
the afd Elizabeth Maxwell

    And now here at this Court came The afd Edward Beck Jun.r and Edward
Beck Sen.r of Kent County Planters and Robert Dunn of Kent County Gent
came into the afd County Court And Acknowledged themselves Indebted to the
Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five Thousand pounds of Tobacco
to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and
Leveyed on their and either of their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally That if the afd Child that was Delivered of the
afd Elizabeth Maxwell Shall not be any Charge to the County wherewith
they and Each of them Acknowledges themselves Content

John Inch at last Court entered into Recognizance for the
appearance of the afd John at this Court to Answ.r the
afd Indictm.t &c.a and be of good behav.r &c.a  And the
Same John now at this Court in his proper person cometh and
appeareth and prayeth that his Recognizance may be disch.d  Ordered
by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d  Thereupon
the Same John Inch's Recognizance in the Sum of forty pounds
Sterl be disch.d No cause being Shewn to the Contrary

    Also Philip Kennard & James Calder his Suretys in the Sum of
twenty pounds Sterling Each for the ap.rc of the Same is disch.d also

and Successors Tenn pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his goods &

Thomson of Said Co.ty Servant to John Inch doth not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of His Lpp.s Court to be held at Chester
Town in Kent County the third tuesday of this Instant then and there
to give Evidence in behalf of the Said Lord prop.ry against his
