The Same Charles Smith of Kent County planter and acknowledged himself
Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten Thousand
pounds of tobacco to be paid to the Same Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors to
the Sum afd be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands &
Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personall appearance
at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in November
next to Answer unto an Information against him for Marying out of the
province &c.a wherewith he acknowledges himself Content &c.a
And the afd Information is Con.td

Said County on the third tuesday in August being the Seventeenth day of
August Anno Dom. 1731  The afd William being called ^came^ and in his proper
person appeared and prayed that he might be disch.d from the afd prsentm.t for
as much as there being no cause for the Same  And the Court being Informed
of the premisses and being thereupon duely Considered  Therefore it is
Considered by the Justices here to wit the Same day last mentioned That the afd
William Waltham be from the afd presentment Disch.d &c.a

Land of George Wethersley &c.a  Appears to the Same at this

now here at this Court to wit at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said
County on the third tuesday in August being the Seventeenth day of Nov.r Anno
Dom. 1731 Came the afd David Hull and in his proper person ap.rd to the Same
Recognizance and prayd the Same might be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here
That the Same be disch.d  Thereupon the Same Recognizance is by the
Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
